Departing from Marina da Gloria, the trip goes through Guanabara Bay passing by the Museum of Tomorrow, sailing under the Rio-Niteroi Bridge and around the MAC in Niteroi. Then, you make swimming stops at Morcego, Adão e Eva beaches, and return passing by the historic Forts of Santa Cruz, Laje and São João to Mureta da Urca, with a privileged view of Sugarloaf Mountain.
